- Shipping location and delivery time
All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Luxembourg using international logistics services.
After placing an order, we will complete the stock preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (for customized products, the time may be extended and we will notify you separately).
The delivery time varies by destination and is usually 7 to 20 working days (it may be delayed due to customs or force majeure factors). - Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the package in real time through the official website of the Courier company.
If you have not received the logistics information within 30 days, please contact us for verification: emptfier@cnfirestove.com. - Tariffs and Customs Clearance
The destination country may impose import duties/value-added taxes, and the costs shall be borne by the buyer.
It is recommended to check the local customs policies before placing an order to avoid delays. - Delayed or lost file handling
If the package transportation exceeds the expected time limit, we will assist in contacting the logistics company to urge the delivery or conduct an investigation.
After confirming the loss of the package, you can choose to resend it for free or get a full refund (proof from the logistics company is required). - After-sales service
Please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. If any damage or missing items are found, please take photos and contact us by email within 48 hours.
